🏫✨ 大阪市立木津中学校さんへ課外授業に行ってきました！ ✨💃🕺

今回は「多文化共生」をテーマにした課外授業で、
ダンスを取り上げていただき、木津中学校さんにお邪魔しました。

授業ではまず、
🕺 ステップを決めずに踊る フリースタイル（リード＆フォロー）
💃 振り付けを決めて踊る コレオグラフィー

この2つのダンスの違いをデモンストレーションで見ていただきました✨

その後は、
📚 ダンスの歴史や特徴についてのミニ講義、
そして最後には生徒の皆さんに 実際にペアダンスを体験していただくワークショップ を行いました！

ダンスには長い歴史があり、世界中の様々な地域や文化から生まれています🌏

そしてペアダンスでは
**「リード＆フォロー」**という共通言語によって、
言葉が違っても誰とでも繋がり、踊ることができます✨

同じステップでも、
相手が変わると 強さ・方向・タイミング がすべて変わります。
それを感じ取り、相手に合わせて動くことの大切さや楽しさを体験してもらいました🤝

最後には、生徒の皆さんも
🎶 いくつかのステップを楽しそうにエネルギッシュに踊れるように！

私たちにとっても、
ダンスの価値や楽しさを改めて感じる 貴重な機会 となりました✨

🏫✨ We visited Kizu Junior High School in Osaka for a special class! ✨💃🕺

We were invited to participate in an extracurricular program themed “Multicultural Coexistence,” where dance was introduced as part of the learning experience.

First, we demonstrated two different approaches to dance:
🕺 Freestyle partner dancing using only lead & follow without fixed steps
💃 Choreographed dancing with planned movements

After the demonstration, we gave a short talk about
📚 the history and characteristics of dance,
followed by a hands-on partner dance workshop for the students.

Dance has a long history and comes from many different cultures around the world 🌏

In partner dancing, people connect through the shared language of lead & follow,
which allows anyone to dance together—even without words.

Even with the same step, every partner creates a different feeling:
direction, timing, and energy all change.
Students experienced the fun of sensing these differences and responding to their partners 🤝

By the end of the workshop, the students were already
🎶 dancing several steps energetically and with big smiles!

It was also a meaningful opportunity for us to rediscover
the value and joy of dance.
